2. Referral Platform

Claim Help Desk Legal operates a legal marketing and lawyer-referral platform. When you submit an intake form, your information may be shared with participating independent law firms and their service providers who are evaluating claims in the relevant campaign. 3. TCPA Consent

Submitting an intake form with the TCPA consent box checked constitutes your prior express written consent to be contacted by calls, text/SMS/MMS, emails, prerecorded and artificial voice messages, and by automatic telephone dialing systems (ATDS) or AI-assisted voice technology, at the number and email you provided, even if that number is on a Do Not Call registry. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase or of receiving legal services. You may revoke consent at any time via our Do Not Call / Opt-Out page.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree that all information you submit is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may result in your inquiry being disqualified.

5. No Guarantee of Results

No representation is made that submitting an intake will result in an attorney match, case acceptance, compensation, or any particular outcome. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Any statements about compensation are illustrative and not a promise of any specific recovery.

6. Medical Disclaimer

Nothing on this website is medical advice. Any medical questions or concerns must be directed to a licensed medical provider.

7. Intellectual Property
