What Claim Help Desk Legal Is
Claim Help Desk Legal is a legal marketing and lawyer-referral platform. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Claim Help Desk Legal operates paid marketing campaigns to identify individuals who may have potential legal claims in specific mass tort or class-action investigations, and it connects those individuals with independent law firms and their case-intake service providers who evaluate the potential claim.

The following independent law firms and marketing partners are currently approved to receive lead information submitted through this site, subject to campaign-specific written arrangements:

This list may be updated from time to time. Any attorney who contacts you as a result of your submission is independent from Claim Help Desk Legal, and any decision to accept or decline representation is made solely by that attorney under applicable rules of professional conduct.
Categories of Recipients of Your Information
Depending on the campaign, the information you submit may be shared with the following categories of recipients:
- Independent law firms and attorneys evaluating your potential claim (see the approved partner list below)
- Legal case-intake vendors and administrative service providers acting on our behalf
- Marketing partners and lead-generation networks operating under written data-sharing agreements
- Medical record retrieval vendors used to support case evaluation
- Analytics, hosting, and communications providers used to operate the site (e.g., email/SMS)
- Regulators, courts, or law-enforcement where required by law
How Recipients Are Selected
Participating law firms and case-intake vendors are selected based on their stated experience with the relevant mass tort campaign, their licensure to practice in relevant jurisdictions, and their willingness to enter into written arrangements addressing data handling, TCPA compliance, and lead handling. Claim Help Desk Legal may receive compensation (including per-lead fees or referral fees permitted by applicable rules of professional conduct) in connection with these arrangements.
Independence of Attorneys
Any attorney who contacts you as a result of your submission is independent from Claim Help Desk Legal. That attorney's decision to accept or decline your matter is made solely by that attorney based on the merits of your case and applicable rules of professional conduct.
Your Choices
You may withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time via our Do Not Call / Opt-Out page or by contacting us at buzz.qualcomm@gmail.com. You may also request access to or deletion of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
