Claim Help Desk Legal is a legal marketing and lawyer-referral platform focused on mass tort and complex civil litigation investigations. Our mission is to help people understand whether they may have a potential legal claim and connect them, when appropriate, with independent law firms evaluating those claims.
What we do
- Publish educational and marketing material about active mass tort and product-liability investigations.
- Collect intake information from individuals who believe they may have been harmed.
- Share intake information, with consent, to participating independent law firms and case-intake service providers who evaluate potential claims.
What we are NOT
- We are not a law firm.
- We do not provide legal advice.
- We do not represent clients in litigation.
- We do not guarantee case acceptance, attorney match, compensation, or any specific outcome.
- We do not provide medical advice. Medical questions must be directed to a licensed medical provider.
How the platform works
When you submit a campaign intake, your information is routed to one or more participating independent law firms or intake vendors evaluating the campaign. An attorney at one of those firms (independent from Claim Help Desk Legal) may contact you to further evaluate your potential claim. Any attorney-client relationship is created only if you and that attorney sign a written engagement agreement.
